Right here goes! Welcome to my first blog, this will be updated weekly because, as well as hopefully helping many of you with your own nutritional needs, I too will be on the same path, having lost my way over the last couple of years. I am not ashamed to admit that to you folks, because I feel that transparency is the best way forward and that hopefully by you seeing my results and development that I get out of this, it will encourage and inspire you to stick with and trust me to truly help you get what you want out of this programme.
So to get things going, here’s a background check on me, your nutritionist. I’m Tom, an avid sportsman and combine this job with being a Chef (hence the passion for food) for the time being.
I weigh 82kgs and stand at 6ft 2inches, but as you can see I’m not particularly ripped or skinny but neither am I overweight. Im just an average man who’s always had trouble putting on muscle. I’ve played Rugby all my life and been lucky enough to play over in New Zealand as well as Hockey for Welsh Universities. I enjoy playing around with recipes and seeing what food combinations work well with each other, well its what I done for the last few years full time!!
